Educational Diagnostician

We are seeking skilled and passionate Educational Diagnosticians to work in Texas, school-based settings with students of all ages. The Diagnosticians will be responsible for administering assessments and evaluating students to determine eligibility for special education services. We have some fantastic schools in Texas that we are continuing and actively recruiting for at the start of and all through each school year
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students to determine eligibility for special education services
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to ensure appropriate educational services for students
- Conduct re-evaluations of students as required by federal and state regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, evaluations, and IEPs
- Participate in meetings with parents and other stakeholders to discuss assessment results and IEPs
- Stay up-to-date with federal and state regulations regarding special education and assessment practices
Requirements:
- Master's degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Valid state certification as a School Psychologist or Diagnostician
- Experience administering and interpreting a variety of assessment tools, including cognitive and academic assessments
- Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations regarding special education services and assessment practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and other school staff
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple school locations as needed
