Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Develop strong relationships with clients, understand their insurance needs, and provide personalized advice.

Sales Support: Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance coverage options and provide guidance on policy features.

Policy Management: Manage client policies, update records, and ensure accuracy in policy documentation.

Customer Service: Address client inquiries, resolve policy-related issues, and provide exceptional service to maintain client satisfaction.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to insurance regulations and company policies to maintain operational efficiency and compliance.


Requirements

Licensing: Active Virginia State Property & Casualty Insurance License required.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members.

Detail-Oriented: Ability to pay close attention to detail when assessing client needs and recommending suitable insurance solutions.

Local Market Knowledge: Understanding of the Winchester area and the insurance needs of the local community.

Self-Motivated: Proactive and driven individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
