Job Summary
We are seeking an Office Clerk to join our team As an Office Clerk, you will answer the phones, schedule plumbing service calls for technicians. Ensuring that the calls are scheduled in the proper geographical order and the proper order of urgency, direct calls, and handle customer questions. You will also be filing paperwork, keeping track of inventory, ordering job material and various other office tasks. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, experience working in an office environment, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities
  • Answer phones, assist customers with questions, and direct calls
  • Process incoming paperwork, make photocopies, and file paperwork
  • Maintain records, either physical or electronic, of business transactions
