Responsibilities

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tennis Pro Instructor to join our Racquet Sports Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality tennis lessons and clinics while upholding the highest standards of guest service and professionalism. From private lessons to group clinics, and guest tournaments, the Tennis Pro Instructor will cater to players of all skill levels, from beginners to experts.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct private lessons, group clinics, and guest tournaments for players of all skill levels.
  • Ensure the highest standards of guest service and professionalism at all times.
  • Follow all safety requirements and prioritize the safety of guests and fellow staff members.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Tennis Pro Instructor.
  • Recognized certification in tennis instruction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to tailor lessons and clinics to different skill levels.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe environment.
  • Organizational skills to oversee court and equipment maintenance.

Schedule: Availability considered on an individual basis. Flexibility in working days and hours is essential to accommodate the needs of our guests and the Racquet Sports Department.


Qualifications

To be successful in this role you must have excellent communication skills, detail orientated and have the ability to work well with a variety of people in a team environment.

Must be certified in one of the following certifications: USPTA, PRT
