A charismatic person that loves to be detail orientated organize, punctual, and working in industrial environment.
Production Operator Job Summary: Pay: $19.50 an hourShift Available: 7:00pm-7:00am (swing shifts)
Example:Mon-Tue. Wed-Thu Fri-SunWork Off WorkFollowing week:Mon-Tue Wed-Thu Fri-SunOff Work Off
Summary: The Machine Operator is responsible for operating machine(s) according to product specifications and ensure only first quality material is produced for Customers.
Machine Operator Qualifications:
  1. Must follow company safety policies and procedures.
  2. Ensure our products and services meet customer’s expectations.
  3. Operate production equipment within the specified limits.
  4. Monitor raw materials, product and equipment for defects or deviations.
  5. Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment to ensure safe, high quality, productive operation.
  6. Support a constructive team culture.
  7. Maintain production records and monitors product quality against established control charts.
  8. Perform site-safety audits routinely as scheduled.
Machine Operator Skills:
  1. Mechanical troubleshooting skills preferred.
  2. Basic Computer skills required (Keyboarding, Microsoft Office)
  3. Ability to lift at least 45 pounds.
  4. Ability to push, pull, bend, and reach for extended periods.
  5. Ability to stand for 12-hour periods with two 15-minute breaks and a thirty-minute lunch break.
  6. Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to build a connection with the team through personal involvement and trust.
