Your role will involve:

· Receiving personalized coaching and resources to excel in entrepreneurship, finance, sales, and management within our industry.

· Building and nurturing meaningful connections in the community to foster strong referral networks, and grow your business.

· Cultivating long-term relationships with clients by providing them with tailored financial strategies and holistic planning solutions, all while owning your business.

· Continuously enhancing your skill set through ongoing professional development and collaborative experiences, ensuring your success as a business owner.

 

Compensation and Benefits

This career is primarily commission based; however; consists of multiple streams of income. Allowing you to control what you would want to earn at any given time in your career. To give you an idea, our financial professionals are making on average about $50,000 in their first year, with no glass ceiling.

  • Compensation and commission structure to support early development.

Qualifications

  • 4-year degree or equivalent professional work experience.
  • Entrepreneurial ambitions, vision oriented.
  • Understanding on cultivating meaningful relationships.
  • Interpersonal skills for success in client facing roles.
  • Superior time-management and accountability skills.
  • Desire for continuous development professionally and personally.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
