Position Summary

Lift Solutions Holdings provides end-to-end industrial lifting solutions. We offer OSHA compliance inspections, crane equipment, aftermarket services and parts for overhead cranes and other lifting equipment. We are hiring an Onsite Service Technician. The Onsite Service Technician will be responsible for repairing hoists and other equipment from customers, fabricating slings and other rigging equipment.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Inspects and repairs Lever Puller Hoists, Mechanical Chain Falls, Rotary Unions, Lifting Magnets, and Vacuum Lifters.
  • Develops inspection reports by inspecting, disassembling, and reassembling customer's products.
  • Provides service writer’s symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required, allowing service writers the needed information to quote the customer.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities & trainings.
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Forklift trained in order to help support warehouse duties.


Requirements:

Education & Qualifications

  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Maintains professional but friendly demeanor.
  • Knowledge of Lever Puller Hoists, Mechanical Chain Falls, Rotary Unions, Lifting Magnets, and Vacuum Lifters.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and understand basic hand tools and how to use them.
  • Communicates clearly and effectively.
