Job Description
Responsible for supporting the preparation and confirmation of inbound and outbound logistics, including raw material, direct material, MRO, and ATF/NFA-controlled product. Maintains documentation with a high level of attention to detail, interacts with carriers, and ensures inventory accuracy within the department.

Manager, Shipping & Receiving
Responsibilities
? Receive incoming shipments from Vendors, Distributors, etc.
? Verify all inbound and outbound shipments (PO confirmation)
? Verify all documentation associated with any inbound and outbound shipments
? Count and check items to ensure the correct items have been received
? Packaging items for outbound shipments with proper materials for secure shipment
? Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies
? Maintain inventory of finished goods (accessories) and soft goods (apparel and misc. items)
? Utilize the our shipping system software as well as the ERP system to complete shipping/receiving activities
? Communicates effectively with peers, leaders, and support functions
? Collaborate with other departments for shipping/receiving needs
Qualifications
? Must be a U.S. Citizen due to ITAR regulations
? 2+ years relevant experience in manufacturing, logistics, or distribution (preferred)
? Efficient with computers and programs including Excel, Google Docs, etc.
? Ability to communicate and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
? Able to lift 50 lbs. on occasion
? Requires constant standing, walking, sitting, and bending throughout the workday
? Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment, including working in and around moving parts, chemicals, lights/lasers, etc.
? Must be able to wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Compensation
Hourly non-exempt position, including health, vision, dental, & disability insurance, PTO, and 401K benefits.
