Nurse Manger

The Nurse Manager coordinates and supervises the department to ensure that high-quality patient care is delivered efficiently and effectively, by standards developed by the State Nurse Practice Act, Code of Ethics for Nurses, ANA Standards of Care, and the philosophy, policies, and procedures of Rome Health. The Nurse Manager has responsibility and accountability for all patient care activities, day-to-day unit operations, and staff functions. The Nurse Manager will collaboratively assist the Maternal Child Services Director with establishing goals and direction that complement Rome Health's mission and strategic plan.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; current Basic Life Support; BS in Nursing or pursuit of BSN is required.

2-5 Years of experience working within a Maternity Department.
