If so, Aspiring Smiles Dental & Braces is Las Vegas, NV needs you Our practice is currently searching for an Associate Dentist to initially join our us on a part-time basis with the opportunity for full-time in the coming months.

This dental professional role offers a competitive base pay of $700 or 27% - 30% of the collection, depending on experience. Our Associate Dentists also receive excellent benefits.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN ASSOCIATE DENTIST

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program
  • Valid, up-to-date Nevada dental license
  • Active CPR/BLS certification, DEA certification, and NPI number
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of ethics and integrity
  • Willingness to learn and grow with our practice
  • 3+ years of experience in a dental practice (preferred)

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR ASSOCIATE DENTIST

This position with our dentistry starts part-time (2 days a week, Monday and Friday) and could transition to full-time within a couple of months.

As an Associate Dentist with our practice, your day starts with providing comprehensive dental care, always prioritizing quality and comfort for your patients. You build and maintain trusting relationships, not just with your patients but also with your supportive team. Communication is key, so you spend time explaining treatment options and procedures compassionately and clearly. Throughout the day, you stay updated with the latest advancements in dentistry, participating in continuing education and mentorship programs. You collaborate closely with our experienced dental team, ensuring every patient receives the highest standard of care. Every day, you make a difference, one smile at a time.
