Jovie is seeking engaging, reliable, and enthusiastic kid-care pros to work with families in San Diego, Pacific Beach, Encinitas, and surrounding areas. 

Care for children at home and make a difference for families every day We encourage experienced babysitters, nannies, retired/substitute teachers, college students, and church nursery volunteers to apply today.

We offer flexible schedules for part-time and full-time positions. You focus on the work, while we do the rest

• Receive paid training and reimbursed CPR/First Aid certification
• Manage your schedule using the MySitters app
• Regular paychecks with legal employment on a W-2 including Unemployment Insurance
• Compensation: $16.50-17/hour; $18/hour with proven infant experience

Experience and educational requirements

• Experience working with multiple age groups (ages birth-12 years preferred)
• Availability on some weekdays from 7:30 am- 6:30 pm
• Reliable transportation and cell phone
• At least 18 years of age and have a High School Diploma or GED
• Comfortable working in homes with dogs and/or cats
• Mask Up Protect our families, little ones, and yourself

5. As we work to schedule your orientation and first days of work, we will be verifying your references, getting your background screens completed and preparing your nanny bag of games, activities, and more for your first dates of work. 
6. We’ll continue to support you throughout your time with us from meet-ups, bonus opportunities, trainings, and more. We’ll be just a phone call or text away when you need us.
7. Once on our team, you will be considered for additional work, new positions, or promotions that fit your growing skill set.
