Make sure to take good care of the baler to keep it working its best. This means checking it every day, doing maintenance, and working well with other departments.

Responsibilities:
Daily Check and Upkeep:
- Look over the baler thoroughly every day.
- Fill out a form every day noting any issues.
- Do regular maintenance on the baler.
- Keep a record of the maintenance tasks you do.
- Clean the baler parts and make sure everything is working well at the start and end of each shift. Handling Equipment:
- Make sure the skid steer and turners are working efficiently.

Making Bales: - Make bales as needed and keep track of how many you make.
During Baler Work:
- Know about the different types of bales and where they are in the warehouse.
- Label each bale with the right color or number.
- Make sure all bales are put away properly.
- Keep an eye out for any bad stuff mixed in with the materials.

Sorting and Handling:
- Organize products and separate any that shouldn't be grouped together.
- Fix any bales that need redoing.
Helping with Shipping:
- Help out with shipping tasks as necessary.

End of the Day:
- Clean up the baler and the area around it.
- Brief the next operator about any important info.
- Put all tools back where they belong.
