Maintenance Helper

Full Time Days, 40 hours per week

Asbury Place Maryville is currently seeking a Maintenance Helper for a Full time position.

Asbury Place Maryville proudly provides high-quality, compassionate care 44 beds of assisted living, residential living, and memory support care for residents of Blount County and surrounding areas.

What will I do as a Maintenance Helper?

• Receives and follows maintenance schedule/instructions from supervisor as outlined in established maintenance policies and procedures.
• Performs general maintenance tasks.
• Performs minor repairs, alterations, or additions in accordance with daily work assignments or as directed by supervisors.
• Completes minor carpentry repairs.
• Discard waste/trash into proper containers and reline trash receptacles with plastic liners.

What is required in this position?

• High School graduate or GED equivalency required.
• Five (5)+ years' experience in a maintenance setting.
