Job DescriptionJob Description

We are a multi-disciplinary dental center looking for a technical-minded, detail-oriented person who appreciates deadline-based time autonomy to join our team as a dental lab technician.

We are looking for someone to manufacture high-quality dental prostheses such as crowns, bridges, veneers, and 3D models. You'll be working with design stations, CADCAM mills, sintering ovens, 3D printers, etc.

Experience in dental technician work (design or fabrication) is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate that has a dental background.

Dental Laboratory Technician Responsibilities:

· Fabricating crowns, fixed bridges, veneers, all on x, and dental implant restorations.

· Receiving and processing digital dental impressions from dental practices and

following instructions.

· Polishing and finishing dental crown and bridges and veneers prior to placement by

dentists.

· Making adjustments to dental crown and bridges and veneers before final placement.

· Managing supply inventories, performing routine equipment maintenance, and

facilitating repairs.

· Documenting processes, as well as adhering to industry regulations and safety

standards.

Dental Laboratory Technician Qualifications:

• Good time management skills

• Strong critical thinking skills

• Proficiency in keeping detailed records and meeting deadlines

• Excellent attention to detail

• Precision and patience, with a keen eye for detail

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Be able to work or train to work with ceramic and Emax

• Knowledge of dental terminology 

• Milling and 3D printing experience (preferred, but not required - hands-on training

provided)

• Work With design software such as ExoCAD/3 Shape (preferred, but not required - hands-on training provided)
