Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Assist licensed agents in providing exceptional service to clients.


  • Administrative Tasks: Handle paperwork, maintain client records, and ensure accuracy in all documentation.

  • Customer Service: Communicate with clients, addressing their questions and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to support their efforts and contribute to the overall success of the agency.

  • Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service orientation with a focus on providing a positive experience for clients.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork and documentation.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and team members.
