Job Summary

Envirocheck encourages the development of its employees and believes it is necessary for the company's growth and success. We seek a Brand Ambassador / Event Coordinator that can support the sales department with event planning / execution and positive branding. The successful candidate will also build and foster in person relationships in order to promote sales and company growth.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist in planning, coordination, budgeting, and execution of outside sales and corporate events
  • Create marketing flyers and invitations for outside sales events
  • Calendar outside sales team weekly itinerary 
  • Periodically assist with revision of company literature and marketing materials 
  • Grow and promote regional sales for market expansion
  • Liaise with existing and potential clients
  • Attend Industry events, conventions, set up lab tours, as requested by the sales & marketing team and/or management
  • Identify new sales opportunities, verticals and markets
  • Enter data into Customer Report Management System (CRM) 
  • Attend scheduled Sales meetings 
  • Answer inquiries and follow-up with clients as needed 
  • Coordinate job details with dispatch and field technicians 
  • Evaluating customer needs 
  • Performs other duties as assigned


Qualifications and Skills

  • Valid Drivers license
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Sales experience Preferred
  • Customer Service experience Preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment 
  • Ability to prioritize duties and meet deadlines
  • Ability to use applications for business; Email, Google Meets, Docs, Sheets, Slides or other related applications
  • Proficiency with or ability to quickly learn the organization’s Customer Report Management system
  • Ability to operate general office equipment; phone, fax, printer /copier, and computer
