Job Summary: To promote maximum service to MTE teammates by supporting their hardware and software needs in a manner to provide affordable, reliable, safe electricity and outstanding member service.

Job Requirements:

  • Encompass the three virtues of the Ideal Team Player (Humble, Hungry & People Smart).
  • Associate's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field, or four years' experience required.
  • Must have one of the following active certifications. Equivalent or higher-level certifications are acceptable.
    • Microsoft Technical Associate (MTA)
    • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
    • CompTIA A+ Certification
    • HDI Desktop Support Technician (HDI-DST)
  • Must have a good understanding of computer workstations, printers, and other peripherals, such as monitors, keyboards, scanners, and mice.
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Windows and Apple operating systems.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to participate in on-the-job training.
