Position Overview

Candex is seeking a Treasury Operations Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to support our growth and expansion in multiple countries. You will be responsible for maintaining financial records and transactions, managing accounting software, invoices, and tax payments, overseeing bank reconciliations on a daily basis and cash disbursements. The position reports to the Treasury Operations Manager and will help support our payments across the globe. This can be a remote or hybrid position based out of Quincy, MA.

The Role

  • Issue payments in various currencies worldwide
  • Communicate with international banks, providing necessary support
  • Handle bank transfers efficiently
  • Record and process payments accurately
  • Conduct daily banking activities
  • Reconcile reports with third-party records, such as bank statements

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of banking experience
  • Bookkeeping experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with accounting softwares and Proficient in GSuite and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Netsuite ERP system
  • Familiarity with tax laws in various countries (VAT, WHT, etc.)
  • Familiarity with a wide range of financial transactions, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
