We are seeking an outgoing and construction-savvy individual to join our team as a Solar Installer. While no prior experience is required, it is welcomed as we offer comprehensive training to all team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Assessment:
    • Evaluate locations to ensure suitability for solar panel installation.
  • Installation Preparation:
    • Measure and prepare areas for installation, making necessary adjustments to building surfaces for optimal panel fit and support.
  • Installation and Maintenance:
    • Install and maintain solar panels on various surfaces, including homes, businesses, or open land.
    • Connect panels to electrical systems and ensure proper grounding and wiring.
    • Adhere to strict health and safety protocols throughout the installation process.
    • Conduct regular maintenance checks and address any issues promptly.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Utilize a variety of technical equipment and tools to complete installations and perform maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort working outdoors and at heights.
