Looking for a hard working, dedicated manager to lead a modern dental office. Duties include running payroll, leading morning huddles, treatment coordinating, scheduling, making sure daily/weekly/monthly production goals are known and being met. Other duties include speaking to patients about financing, guiding and training staff, implementing office policies, creating office goals, and weekly meetings with owner doctor. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated to keeping the office running smoothly, and is comfortable being a team leader. Compensation is contingent upon experience.
