Job Description:
Our client is seeking a proactive and organized Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to manage front desk operations and provide crucial administrative support. This role is essential for ensuring smooth daily office functions and creating a welcoming environment for visitors and callers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet visitors and assist them with their needs
- Manage front desk operations, including answering calls and directing inquiries
- Perform daily office tasks such as making coffee, stocking supplies, and arranging conference room settings
- Handle mail distribution, manage packages, and process interoffice correspondence
- Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reports, and maintain office records
- Ensure office cleanliness and manage kitchen duties
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- 2+ years of experience in a front desk or phone-based role
- 2+ years of experience as an administrative assistant
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with report handling
Additional Details:
- Type/Length of Assignment: Direct Hire
- Hybrid/Onsite/Remote: Onsite (Monday – Friday; 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
- Parking: Available behind the building
- Reports To: Executive Administrator
