Location: On-site in Onalaska, WI - Building A

Hours: Monday – Friday; 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (1-2 Saturdays per month; 7:00am - 12:00pm)

Compensation: $22.75/hour - $27.00/hour (dependent upon experience), wage increase eligible twice annually

Purpose & Summary: As an e-Commerce Specialist at Dynamic, you will be responsible for setting the value of items processed through the ITAD Business Unit and listing them via a multichannel sales tool to various e-commerce channels like Amazon and eBay. After items are sold, as an e-Commerce Specialist you will remove products from inventory and ship items to the customer. With your excellent communication skills, you will answer any pre and post-sale questions from customers providing an exceptional experience. Lastly in this position you will put together sales data of all materials sold through all ecommerce sales channels, regularly make decisions on what items are best to wholesale and which are best to retail and determine offer/sale values. Day-to-day activities may include:

• Gather relevant information from technicians and ERP system
• Determine value of items through comparison tools and resources
• Photographing items and drafting accurate and appealing descriptions
• Clean, prepare and package items for shipment
• Answer all customer inquiries, post-sale questions, returns and refunds
• Effectively construct build-to-order materials
• Audit all material at each stage
• Ensure accuracy within listings and materials
• Miscellaneous support tasks as needed

Preferred Requirements & Qualifications:

• 1 year of customer service experience
• Intermediate computer skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn
• Basic math skills
• High attention to detail

Outstanding candidates may also possess these bonus qualifications

• Knowledge of value of electronics
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Ability to track numbers and recognize units that have value
