Our HVAC technicians work a stable Monday through Friday schedule between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm with an additional on-call rotation throughout the year. We pay our Local HVAC Techs - Air Conditioning Technicians a competitive wage of $35 - $60 per hour, depending on certifications and experience, PLUS a $6000 sign-on bonus for Lead HVAC Technicians Our team also enjoys excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan, profit-sharing, and generous paid time off (PTO). WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

As a Local HVAC Tech - Air Conditioning Technician, we need you to service, maintain, and repair our clients' heating and cooling systems, keeping them informed about the work being done and notifying them of any additional costs. If you can do this and meet the following requirements, apply today

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant experience with heating and cooling systems
• EPA certification is a plus
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
