Job Summary:


The HVAC New Install Commissioner is responsible for overseeing the installation, commissioning, and initial operation of new HVAC systems. This includes ensuring that all installations are completed in accordance with industry standards, regulations, and manufacturer specifications. The role demands a deep understanding of HVAC systems, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship to ensure customer satisfaction and system efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Installation Oversight: Supervise the installation process, ensuring all components are installed correctly and efficiently. Address any technical issues that arise and make sure the installation complies with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as manufacturer instructions.
  • System Commissioning: Perform thorough testing and commissioning of HVAC systems to ensure they operate according to specifications. This includes adjusting settings, calibrating controls, and verifying system performance.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct final inspections of installations, ensuring workmanship meets or exceeds company standards and customer expectations. Document installation details and commissioning results.

  • Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and HVAC standards.
