HVAC Contractor

The HVAC Contractor leads technicians who install, repair, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems for commercial and residential customers and businesses. We are seeking to add a highly motivated mid-to-senior level licensed Professional HVAC Contractor to our team The individual will have knowledge in HVAC equipment, installation and leadership skills relating to residential and commercial jobs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the HVAC division.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Lead and motivate a team of employees to ensure high performance and productivity.
  
• Ensure compliance with code regulations and standards.
  
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in the field

Schedule:

• Full-time.
• Monday to Friday.
• Overtime Available.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the current HVAC code.
  
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and duct designs.

License/Certification:

• EPA Certificate
• Class A or B Contractor Certificate
• Driver's License
• TDLR HVAC Contractor's License
