**Job Description:**
We are seeking a Performance Physical Therapist to join our team on a PRN basis. The ideal candidate will have previous work or clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics and a strong desire to make a difference in people's lives. At Dirigo Physical Therapy and Performance, we prioritize our patients and strive to provide the highest quality care in a supportive and empowering environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide evidence-based, patient-centered physical therapy services
- Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement hands-on care, strength training, and patient education strategies
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
- Demonstrate a commitment to professional development and continuous learning
**Qualifications:**
- Valid Physical Therapy License
- Previous experience or clinical affiliation in outpatient orthopedics
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Passion for helping others and making a positive impact
