Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain integrity and consistency across the facility, focusing on presentation, cleanliness, inventory, staffing, and customer service.
- Support operational efficiency and economy by coordinating with venue managers.
- Analyze culinary budgets to enhance financial development and implementation.
- Allocate and manage the operating budget effectively.
- Promote products and services to develop new markets, increase market share, and achieve a competitive position.
- Interpret financial reports and provide insights on projected revenue vs. expenses.
- Utilize financial plans to identify trends, measure productivity, and monitor progress.
- Achieve budgeted revenues and profits, ensuring adherence to accounting policies.
- Formulate and manage departmental budgets to meet profitability objectives.
- Train and develop staff on techniques, equipment, recipes, preparation methods, and presentation.
- Direct and evaluate Main Kitchen staff, ensuring accurate record-keeping for personnel issues.
- Culinary Arts Certificate from a college or technical school required.
- Eight (8) years of directly related experience.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Washington Food Handler's Card.
