Staff Accountant/ On-SIte

As a Staff Accountant, you will play a vital role in the financial operations of our company. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will work closely with our accounting team and other departments to ensure the financial health of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

- General Ledger experience

- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements

- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and provide support as needed

- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

- Participate in financial audits and provide necessary documentation and support

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or associate degree in a related field

- 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance

- Understanding of general accounting principles GAAP and regulations

-Experience with Microsoft Excel and other accounting software

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience with budgeting and forecasting preferred
