Position: Associate Residential Director

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $59,280. yearly

Schedule: Monday – Friday, flexible schedule with some weekends and evenings.

Location: Delaware County - Walton, New York

Responsibilities: The Associate Program Director works closely with the Program Director and supporting the Assistant Program Director to ensure those we serve live a personally fulfilling life. Developing and supporting House Managers is a key responsibility. Provide direct oversight to residential services to include staff development and compliance with regulations and agency policies and procedures.

Other duties:

• Assure professional and effective teamwork with all staff.
• Train and develop staff to master person centered planning, self-direction and individualized teaching techniques.
• Monitor progress on Individuals goals.
• Advocate with people.
• Perform On Call responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree with two years experience in Human Services with one year supervisory experience or High School Diploma with six years working in the Human Services with at least one year supervisory experience. Experience supporting individuals with disabilities preferred. QIDP required.
• Valid New York driver’s license
• Must possess strong leadership, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to respond well under pressure.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain First Aid and CPR Certification
