Job Description

As the Lead Concierge, you will deliver personalized services to our guests, including planning itineraries, making restaurant reservations, and providing information on activities and events in Park City and the surrounding areas. Additionally, the Lead Concierge is available to assist guests with any service requests to ensure their expectations are exceeded during their stay at Westgate Resort.

  • Coordinates transportation, activities, and dinner reservations for guests.
  • Provides guests with information on local restaurants, shopping, attractions, hiking and biking trails, ski resorts and rentals, national and state parks, scenic drives, and child/pet care.
  • Assists guests with special requests for various services.
  • Manages communication between guests and the Front Office team prior to arrival.
  • Helps resolve guest concerns to ensure the best experience and escalates issues as necessary.
  • Works closely with the leadership team to improve the overall operation of the Concierge department.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the management team.
Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the local area, including attractions, restaurants, and events preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
  • Experience in a concierge role is preferred.

  • Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Must be able to stand for extended period of time.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Must be at least 18 and have a valid driver’s license..
