We are in need of a Real Estate Photographer and Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in taking photographs, video and drone footage as well as experience in editing and creating marketing materials. The saying ‘a picture is worth a thousand words’ is perhaps more relevant in our industry than any other. The best visual representation of our properties is critical in order to best market and sell the properties in our portfolio.


Join our team and all you have to worry about doing is what you do best -- taking captive photos We set the appointments and stick to a schedule. We also handle all client communications including billing. We offer a fun environment and we encourage creativity and fresh ideas. Compensation: $16-$21 per hour/Part-Time

Compensation:

$16 - $21 per hour

Responsibilities:
  • Help in the creation of website and all social media content to highlight agency’s professionalism and properties
  • Ability to edit and manipulate photos for lighting, contrast and watermarks to ensure top quality photography
  • Plan for multiple shoots per day/week and be available in order to serve our clients
  • Photograph and/or video properties for online and print marketing purposes so buyers show interest quickly
  • Ability to produce high quality virtual tours to post on various websites and attractively market the most homes possible
Qualifications:
  • Outgoing personality who likes working with people and can adapt and implement last minute creative suggestions and changes
  • Skilled in video equipment usage, lenses, lighting and photography
  • Must possess excellent computer skills and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Can manage multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and meet all deadlines
  • Prefer real estate photography experience
