WellsColeman, an established Richmond based CPA firm, is currently seeking to expand our tax team. We are seeking various levels of experience: Senior Staff Accountant and Staff Accountant. We are a well-respected and growing firm with a history of providing exceptional client services to individuals, closely-held businesses and not-for-profit organizations. Required Experience and skills

Experience

  • Senior Staff Accountant: Licensed Certified Public Accountant with at least 3-5 years of current experience in public accounting
  • Staff Accountant: Obtained or working toward a degree in accounting

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Attributes

  • Fully proficient in Ultra Tax, QuickBooks desktop, Quickbooks online, Excel, AdvanceFlow and GoFileRoom
  • Quickly adapts to new technology and stays current with technology changes
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time while ensuring quality and timeliness
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment in order to meet multiple deadlines
  • Extremely meticulous with all work product
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize appropriately
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate flexibility and teamwork
