Retention Sales Specialist

Our growing company is looking for a Retention Sales Specialist to support our sales division where you will be the backbone for our high-performance sales team Candidates must be professional and excel in a fast-paced work environment while effectively multi-tasking and efficiently handling various priorities


Duties

  • Engage in inbound and outbound calls with NCH customers who are considering looking to renew or change their services
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service management on ideas and tactics to retain clients
  • Respond to customer queries and address service complaints in a timely manner
  • Identify and analyze client needs for yearly renewal
  • Explain our products and services and the benefits that come with them

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service
  • Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Interpersonal skills and detail-oriented
  • Professional demeanor and conduct
  • Problem solving skill sets, be strategic and diplomatic
  • Team oriented and able to build positive relationships with customers
  • Ability to handle rejection
  • Achieve and exceed individual targets
  • Basic computer knowledge, including data entry into CRM
  • Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
  • Familiarity with multi-line phones

Awesome Benefits Include:

  • $50,000 to $80,000 a year: Hourly Base + Commissions, Spiffs, and Bonuses
  • 8am-5pm schedule: Monday-Friday, with very occasional Saturday work.
