We are looking to hire a full-time HR Assistant/recruiter who is energetic, positive, and works well independently as well as part of the team

 

Job Location: Indio, CA

Schedule: M-F, 9am-5pm

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 1-2 year of recent experience in HR is preferable
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent administrative support/secretarial experience,
  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or in related field
  • Previous Presentation and Interviewing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Detail oriented and capable of producing quality work
  • Positive attitude and proactive approach to responsibilities
  • Willing to travel occasionally by car

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with human resources tasks such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Utilize communication skills to effectively interact with employees and address HR-related inquiries.
  • Support HR team with talent acquisition processes and scheduling interviews.
  • Collaborate on projects related to human capital management and talent management.
  • Assist in data entry tasks related to HR systems such as Workday and Oracle HCM.
  • Adhere to employment and labor laws while carrying out HR responsibilities.
