We're looking for hard-working, motivated individuals focused on building a skill set that will take them from a job to a career as an Appliance Repair Technician. We are looking to add techs in both the Cincinnati and Lima/Findlay markets.
Our best Technicians, those making more than 60K per year, possess the following characteristics: Drive, dependability, grit, curiosity, attention to detail, outstanding customer service, outstanding troubleshooting, willingness to take the time to accurately identify the problem, and a can-do attitude where failure is not an option.
Applicants hired to be part of our team will start with a company vehicle at an hourly rate. Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, and a Simple IRA plan are all part of the benefits package.

Applicants who do not necessarily have Appliance Repair experience, but have comparable experience in other areas (HVAC, Maintenance Supervision, etc) will be considered as well.
