Job Description:
The WAVE Manager/Lead Coach at The WAVE Athletics is a full-time position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring its smooth functioning and success. This role requires a commitment of at least 40 hours per week, with hours dedicated to managing business strategy, including staff training, scheduling, and program development, and hours spent on direct coaching and conducting lessons. Key responsibilities include facility operations, staff management, member relations, program coordination, and budget management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for sports, and the ability to adapt to changing trends and community needs.
