Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Scheduler will be responsible for the creation, maintenance, and progress of project schedules using Microsoft Projects and Primavera P6. Besides, this person will oversee the preparation of reports for projects analyzing variations. In this role, you will be a key player as a member of the project scheduler/planner group in support of all innovative technologies and be exposed to various working teams to drive project success through the entire life cycle.

General Requirements for Scheduler:
  • Craft Construction Experience and or Hands-On Turnaround/Major Project Experience
  • Advanced Primavera Software Skill
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skill
  • Advanced Interpersonal & Communication Skills
  • Safety Awareness

  • Open Communication

P6 scheduling skills include:
  • Primavera Scheduling experience includes managing execution schedules for multiple Major Turnarounds or Project Events, and/or a portfolio of Major Maintenance events or smaller Capital Projects
  • 8-10 years’ experience working with Primavera P6
  • 3-5 Advanced level Microsoft Suite Skills

Team oriented with positive can-do attitude Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Ability to read and interpret isometrics
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
  • Positive disposition, demonstrates passion, integrity and responsibility 
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
  • Basic Orientation Plus within 3 months of expiration, Twic Card, Valid ID/DL, and have social security card available upon hire.
