YOUR ROLE AS AN OVERNIGHT HOTEL CLERK - AUDITOR

As a part-time Overnight Hotel Clerk - Auditor, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the effective operation of our night emergency plans while providing exceptional service to our guests. From efficiently checking guests out to maintaining a clean and presentable front desk area, you'll be the friendly face that guests rely on during the late hours. Your attention to detail will be key as you audit guest accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies. As the manager on duty, you will have the opportunity to showcase your problem-solving skills and ensure that guest complaints are resolved promptly. YOUR SCHEDULE

In this part-time position, you'll work from 11 PM to 7 AM.

REQUIREMENTS

• Hotel experience
• Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers
• Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, and upward reach
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
• Excellent customer service skills

Computer skills would be a plus
