Job Title: Land Surveyor Project Manager


Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Land Surveyor Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, and oversight of land surveying projects from start to finish. They will work closely with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans,schedules,and budgets
  • Manage and oversee a team of land surveyors and technicians
  • Conduct field surveys using a variety of surveying equipment,such as total stations,GPS,and drones
  • Analyze and interpret survey data to create accurate maps and plats
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations
  • Obtain permits and approvals from government agencies
  • Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders
  • Resolve project issues and challenges
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest surveying technologies and best practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in surveying or a related field
  • Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying project management
  • Strong technical skills in surveying and data analysis
  • Excellent communication,interpersonal,and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and surveying software
