Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):

The Field Technician is responsible for mitigating water, fire and mold damage in residential, commercial and institutional structures and documenting site conditions, progress and results directly to the customer, insurance representative and the mitigation manager at Paul Davis Restoration of Greater Baltimore (PDRGB). The technician will serve in an on-call capacity during scheduled intervals and is expected to be on call during “cat” (catastrophe) circumstances when widespread damage is created by extreme weather conditions.


The primary role is mitigation and cleaning of damaged properties on initial response using industry standard processes (IICRC). Maintaining excellent communication with the property owner/management and the mitigation manager. Maintaining and recording field notes/conditions on various technology platforms including RMS, MICA and Xactananlysis.


The Field Technician will successfully finalize all phases of the mitigation project and ensure that all customer concerns have been addressed. The lead technician will also be responsible for maintaining the company equipment (clean and report repairs) and the company vehicle.
