Kimberlite Partners is a few years young and looking for the next set of key individuals to help us scale the company to meet the demand of our current offerings and the formation of our new offerings.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Sourcer to join our talent acquisition team. The Recruiting Sourcer will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to support the hiring needs of Kimberlite Partners and our clients. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sourcing talent, building pipelines, and contributing to a high-performing recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various platforms, databases, social networks, and tools to identify and engage potential candidates who align with our clients' needs.

  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screening of candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles.

  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings by proactively sourcing and nurturing relationships.

  • Candidate Engagement: Reach out to passive candidates and craft compelling messages to attract high-quality talent to consider opportunities with Kimberlite Partners and our clients.

  • Collaboration: Partner closely with recruiting Manager to understand job requirements, target profiles, and hiring priorities.

  • Tracking and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, sourcing activities, and pipeline metrics in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Brand Advocacy: Act as an ambassador for Kimberlite Partners, representing our brand and values while engaging with potential candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or a related talent acquisition role.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools and platforms.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging messages and interact with candidates effectively.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong research skills with the ability to gather and analyze data on candidates and market trends.

  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational abilities.

  • Passion for Talent: A genuine interest in connecting with people and identifying top talent to support organizational success.

  • Team Player: Collaborative and proactive approach with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in sourcing for Netsuite/ERP roles. 

  • Certifications: Relevant HR or recruiting certifications (e.g., LinkedIn Certified Professional–Recruiter, AIRS, etc.) are a plus.
