This individual will be based in Frankfort, IL

WORK HOURS:

Lobby & Drive-Up

Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm

Saturday: 8:30am - 12:00 Noon

SUMMARY:

The Relationship Banker is responsible for enhancing customer relationships by providing excellent customer service while servicing all the customers’ financial needs from start to finish. The Relationship Banker will handle service transactions and new account openings for individual and business clients, will identify and act on opportunities and make referrals to business partners.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support relationship building efforts within the branch.
• Perform various customer transactions and/or bank transactions within the branch.
• Contribute to overall branch operation.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Education - High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Experience - One (1) year of job-related experience preferably in a banking, sales, or customer service environment.
• Other - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• Banking experience.
• Effective customer relationship building skills including ability to sell, cross-sell, and refer products.
• Basic knowledge of retail products, policy, and procedures, documentation, and systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
