Victor Smiles is looking for a full-time Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team, in our Pediatric & Orthodontic office, & Canandaigua general office. We are a fast-growing practice and looking for a compassionate, detail oriented and organized candidate to fill this role.

Treatment acceptance bonus: the treatment coordinator will receive $50 per accepted orthodontic treatment case. Paid out monthly.

Our Treatment Coordinators discuss treatment plans with our patients, and discuss finance options in order for them to receive the treatment our doctors have presented to them. They are also responsible for collecting all fees the patient is responsible for paying and provide estimates for presented treatments.

Our ideal candidate for this position will have some experience with dental procedures, dental insurance and treatment planning. Has exceptional customer service & communications skills, is friendly and compassionate, organized and thorough.

Victor Smiles Office Staff Schedule:

Monday 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Tuesday 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Wednesday 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Every other Thursday 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Canandaigua Office:

Every other Thursday 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

The expectation is that you will stay until patients have been dismissed, and end of day responsibilities are completed.

You may be required to stay after patients on Mondays or Fridays to do complete training.
