  2. Staff Management:
    • Hire, train, and supervise staff.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching.
    • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  3. Customer Service:
    • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
    • Implement and monitor customer service standards.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
  4. Financial Management:
    • Monitor and control expenses, including labor costs, parts, and supplies.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability.
  5. Compliance and Safety:

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive management or a related field.
    • Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and managerial skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in financial management and budgeting.
    • Ability to analyze data and use it to improve operational performance.
    • Knowledge of automotive technology and industry trends.
  • Certifications: ASE Certification or similar credentials are a plus.
