A reputable nationwide company providing healthcare services to nursing homes is looking to immediately hire a Board-certified Family Practice/Internal Medicine Doctor to work as a Primary Care MD for a Nursing Home located in Princess Anne in the state of Maryland. A minimum of 3 years of experience and a Maryland state license are required. Salary is $220K a year plus a hefty employment package that includes PTO and full health insurance.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting comprehensive physical examinations and assessments to evaluate patients' overall health and identify any medical issues,
  • Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests such as blood work, imaging studies, and other laboratory tests to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning,
  • Diagnosing and managing a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions, including common illnesses, injuries, and diseases,
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses, therapists, and specialists, to deliver comprehensive, coordinated care, and
  • Advocating for patients' needs, addressing their concerns, and empowering them to take an active role in their healthcare.

Qualifications:

  • Board-certified MD in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • Active Maryland state license,
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Primary care, and
  • Communication and organization skills.

Job Type:

  • Full Time

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday.
  • Day shift from 9 am to 5 pm.

Pay rate:

  • $220K a year
