👩️‍⚕️ Home Infusion Registered Nurse - Kapolei, HI

Role and Responsibilities:

  • 🏡 Deliver high-quality in-home infusion therapy, tailored to individual patient needs.
  • 💉 Administer a variety of infusion treatments, including IVIG, antibiotics, and specialized therapies.
  • 📊 Continuously monitor patient conditions and modify treatment plans accordingly.
  • 📝 Maintain accurate treatment records in the EMR system, following healthcare compliance.
  • 🤝 Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
  • 🧰 Handle and maintain infusion equipment, ensuring safety and quality standards.
  • 🎓 Provide patient and family education about infusion therapy and health management.

Qualifications:

  • 🎓 Degree in Nursing with substantial RN experience, or IV Certified LVN/LPN experience.
  • 🆔 Valid RN license in Hawaii.
  • ❤️ Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • 🚗 Willingness for local travel in Kapolei and surrounding areas.
  • 💻 Proficiency in EMR and healthcare software.
  • 🌍 Committed to providing high-quality care in the Kapolei community.

Additional Information:

  • 🕒 Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, PRN, Temporary.
  • 📅 Schedule: Day shift, including weekends.
  • 💲 Pay: $40-50/hr, based on experience.
