In-house Mechanic

We're looking for an Automotive Mechanic to work in a fast-paced garage environment for FedEx and Home Delivery Trucks. The right candidate will have at least three years of experience in vehicle diagnostics and repairs, and will be capable of working with a team on various tasks. Flexible scheduling is available to fit around a busy lifestyle, so if you have experience servicing vehicles and enjoy working in a team environment, this could be the perfect position for you

Responsibilities:

• Experience with repairs & maintenance to Ford & GMC vehicles
• Remove and replace parts on vehicle.
• Have an eye for quality workmanship.
• Be a team player.
• Complete assignments in a timely manner.
• Communicate with management and other mechanics.
• Ability to perform all physcial duties of a mechanic
• Troubleshoot and make repairs from work orders
• Adhere to strict work practices correcting obvious hazards immediately
• Diagnosis mechanical and electrical problems while making necessary repairs
• Make road calls on disabled Company vehicles and perform repair on the road
• Repair other miscellaneous equipment
