Senior Financial Analyst

Position Description:

Somafina LLC is looking for a finance professional with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Applicant must have excellent technology skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office. Quick Books and Fishbowl are a plus.

Responsibilities:

· Perform financial analysis and modeling.

· Assist with the preparation of financial plans and budgets.

· Analyze and interpret variance to plan.

· Cash forecasting.

· Assist with bank reporting.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

· Drive financially optimal decisions.

· Assist with M&A activities.

· Assist with audits.

· Special projects

Education Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; with at least 2 years related quality experience in a financial environment.

· MBA/CPA/CMA are a plus

Competencies/skill Qualifications:

· Advanced understanding of financial and accounting principles.

· Excellent written communication, interpersonal, organizational and project management skills.

· Prior manufacturing environments a plus.

· English Proficiency required.

The Sr. Financial Analyst's starting pay will be competitive and commensurate with the chosen candidate’s qualifications and experience.  The target starting pay is $80,000 to $90,000.  This is an Exempt position, which is not eligible for overtime pay.
