Senior Estimator

Commercial Construction and Maintenance is a growing general contractor company based in Bessemer, AL. We specialize in small to mid-level commercial projects such as car washes, convenience stores, and municipal buildings. We are a general contractor who serves our clients and employees through excellent quality construction services. This position is a full-time position with industry-competitive pay with full benefits.

We are looking for a well-organized and detail-oriented Construction Estimator for small-mid size commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with numbers and analytical. You must have great attention to detail and excellent communication skills. The goal is to serve production, sales, and our site superintendents well while having the mindset of CCM’s 5 core values below.

• Accountability: A willingness to take responsibility for analyzing projects. Acquire an understanding of the requirements of the project/programs at hand. Prepare detailed reports or bids for submission to appropriate parties.
• Transparency: Clearly communicate the status of estimating.
• Quality: Meet the expectations of the estimating calendar and sales. Analyze data and produce forecasts and perform risk analysis.
• Effectiveness: Produce valid analysis for use by sales and production.
• Service: Put sales and production in a position to succeed.
