As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our warehouse. You'll be responsible for various tasks, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials, as well as performing inventory counts and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
  • Pick and fill orders from stock.
  • Pack and ship orders in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with other team members to meet daily/weekly goals.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
  • Follow safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment (training will be provided if needed).
